By accessing and using the KeepAuto application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Pexelerate ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the publisher of KeepAuto.

2. Use of Service

KeepAuto is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1. Reasonable Use Policy

While KeepAuto offers comprehensive vehicle profiles and tracking features for a one-time fee, these services are subject to our reasonable use policy. This policy is designed to prevent abuse and ensure service quality for all users. Examples of unreasonable use include, but are not limited to, automated mass tracking not related to personal vehicle maintenance, systematic data scraping, or any usage pattern that suggests commercial exploitation of the service without an enterprise plan.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process certain data to improve your experience with KeepAuto. Your primary vehicle data, including service history, fuel records, and receipts, are processed and stored locally on your device. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our App and to improve our services. Your email address may be used for product communications and updates, but will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to opt-in or opt-out of these communications at any time.

4. Communications

You can opt-in to subscribe to KeepAuto updates to receive product updates, service announcements, and other communications via email. You can opt-out of these communications at any time through the unsubscribe link in the emails. We will never share your contact information with third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches related to your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KeepAuto, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of KeepAuto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepAuto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. KeepAuto relies on AI for certain features (e.g., AI receipt scanning and date parsing for maintenance), and as with any AI system, it may make mistakes. You are encouraged to double check such parsed data; we are not liable for inaccuracies in scanned receipts or extracted dates.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of KeepAuto after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
